PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Trauma-informed yoga has been proven to help balance the nervous system, improve emotion regulation, and manage stress through breathwork, movement, and mindful intention. You do not need any prior knowledge of yoga, special attire, or equipment. This form of yoga encourages acceptance and compassion, complements psychotherapy and is a valuable addition to self-care routines. We warmly invite individuals from all backgrounds, including those who may have felt excluded from traditional yoga settings, offering a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone.
