PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This training explores key concepts of polyvagal theory and their applications for bringing about long-term, sustainable changes in our client's lives. This program builds upon core concepts and ideas introduced in previous trainings in our The Brain, The Body, The Basics series: Putting Polyvagal Theory to Work and How to Use Polyvagal Theory in Practice.

Where the first two trainings focus on establishing what is Polyvagal Theory and specific strategies for getting clients aware of their bodies and their nervous systems, this third and final workshop takes both top-down and bottom-up approaches to guide clients in discovering what long-term regulation can look like for their minds and bodies.
