One of the best ways we can approach our mental health is by understanding the relationships between our brains and bodies. For many of us, though, understanding the anatomy of our nervous systems is easier said than done. This one-hour training serves as an approachable introduction to Polyvagal Theory and how we can use it for both our clients, our patients, and ourselves to nurture new pathways to coping through becoming more intune with our bodies and minds.
