PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This training provides participants with a rich overview of where to start when it comes to coordinating nutrition care within mental health treatment. Whether your clients are struggling with disordered eating, adjusting to a new GLP-1 or appetite-affecting medication, navigating a major life transition, or simply showing signs of being under-fueled, this workshop lays out different places where you can start building collaborative care with a dietitian.

Participants may be coming from no prior experience working alongside dietitians or may have past knowledge of nutrition-informed care that needs a refresher. Wherever you are, this course can get you on track to better recognize, screen for, and coordinate nutrition-related concerns with your clients!
