FREE TRAINING

For anyone seeking practical tools for understanding and regulating the nervous system's response to collective trauma

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Drawing on Polyvagal Theory, this training unpacks how your autonomic nervous system responds to safety and danger, and how those responses can show up as anxiety, irritability, fatigue, low mood, or dissociation. You'll learn to recognize when these symptoms are rooted in collective traumatic stress, and gain practical, embodied tools to move from fight/flight/freeze/fawn toward regulation and resilience. No clinical background required.
